MEET THE NEW FEATURE

Talent Matching
WHY: Help align roles requiring certain talents with community members that have those talents because parents are more likely to volunteer for events that match their talents, thereby increasing parent engagement at your school.
WHAT:
Volunteer Board - New “Matched Talent” tab displays the events matched for you.
Event Creation – when creating a role, you can select “talents” from a drop-down menu to tag to each role.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

Positions
WHY: Enhanced Year-Long Positions (“Positions”) to include more advanced capabilities because not all “position” needs are year-long and could include specific time periods.
WHAT:
Changed the name from “Year-Long Positions” to Positions.
Ability to select a start and end date.
Ability to assign multiple positions inside one sign-up.
Ability to define whether full points accrue at the start date or end date.

USER EXPERIENCE ENHANCEMENTS

Volunteer Board
New card view for easier viewing.
Expanded view functionality enables a quicker view of your events.
Assign multiple volunteers to an event faster and more effectively.
Better sorting of events --- positions are located at the bottom, events with past timeslots are grayed out
