Resend an Invitation to a Guardian

In this example, John Baptist already invited Elizabeth Baptist to create an account with Connect1 and join his family.

However, she either lost it or deleted it. Now John wants to resend the invitation so it’s at the top of Elizabeth’s inbox. To do so, he’ll need to remove her and add her again to trigger the invitation email.

Here’s how he can do it:

Click "Profile" on the left menu.



Click "Family Details" under your saint avatar, center menu.



Scroll down to the “Guardian List” section.

First, John will remove the invitation.

To remove the invitation, click on Elizabeth’s name to expand her section. Then click the button "Remove Invitation."

Then John will invite her again.

Go to the top right of the section and click "Add Guardian."



Fill in the information. Then click "Add Guardian."

Then the invitation will be resent to Elizabeth. From there, she will need to follow the email prompts and create her account.

Note: Admins may also send or remove invitations for users' families.
